How to Pay for your Garden Design
All online submissions for our Garden Designs or Border Planting designs are processed via the PayPal Payment gateway. Via PayPal we accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards as well as direct payment from a paypal account.
How do I pay?
When you submit your survey and Garden Questionnaire you will be automatically transferred to PayPal to process your payment.
Why do you use PayPal?
PayPal is one of the leading payment providers on the web with over 200 million users worldwide. PayPal offer security in processing your payment by using state of the art Encrypted SSL pages for you to make your payment on.
Can I use my Credit or Debit Card to Pay?
Yes, PayPal accepts all major Credit and Card through the payment gateway.
Do I need to be a PayPal member to pay?
No you don’t. PayPal can still process your payment via your credit or debit card if you are not a PayPal member in the same way that any other online store does.
Can I pay via my PayPal account?
Yes you can. If you are a PayPal member and you have enough funds in your PayPal account you can use that money to pay and will not require your card details.
Can I pay via another method?
If you’d rather not pay online, we are happy for you to pay by cheque. You will still need to complete the garden survey and online questionnaire but we will ask you to send your payment and documents via the post. Please contact us for further details.
What happens after I have made my payment online?
You will recieve a copy of your garden questionnaire and a reciept from PayPal for your payment to mygardn. Once you have then sent your garden survey documentation and supporting photos, the mygardn team will check that everything is in order with your submission and then email you to confirm that your order is under way and begin work on design request.
